We support companies in judicial and in extra-judicial restructuring procedures, assisting the Top Management of our clients (Owner/CEO/CFO) during the whole path to recovery and financial stability. /ppWithin the scope of Financing activities, the Restructuring team also assists companies in obtaining strongnon-repayable grants and subsidized loans /strong under national and European co-financing programs (strongPNRR and other incentives /strong) to support the investment projects of client companies. In this regard, our consultants assist multinationals and family-run enterprises, wishing to access grants and incentives to realize specific investment project.
