How you'll live your ambition In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of omnichannel campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs), while collaborating closely with our Media Agency. You will deliver actionable insights and in-depth analysis to support data-driven strategies and decision-making within the team. Reporting to the Media Intelligence Manager, our future colleague will have the opportunity to work alongside various marketing teams and contribute across functions based at our HQ in Genoa. Analyze media plans and performance across KPIs for both Offline channels (TV, Radio) and Digital Media (SEA / SEO, Display, Social, Programmatic, and more), primarily across Europe where Costa runs advertising campaigns. Your work will rely on tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and various dashboards. Support the monitoring and analysis of media activation impact on business results, working with advanced measurement frameworks such as Marketing Mix Modeling (Econometrics) and Attribution Models. Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to uncover insights and support strategic decisions. Get things right Prepare ad hoc analyses to support business updates, strategy documents, and annual Strategic Planning. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, working with our Media Agency to gather data, interpret trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and explore innovative solutions. Support analyses on Adobe CDP. Contribute proposals and ideas for new reporting approaches and methodologies. What makes you unique Passion for Media and Marketing, with a strong curiosity about emerging trends and technologies. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics, with a solid foundation in technical skills and analytical mindset. Experience in data analysis and business intelligence, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Open-minded, proactive, team-oriented, with strong communication skills. Passionate about continuous learning, receptive to feedback, and eager to explore new ideas.
