Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Hr Specialist for a leading company in the Engineering sector :
Responsibility :
* Entire personnel administration for Switzerland and Italy;
* Coordination with Adm. & Finance team / HR representative for other subsidiaries;
* Contact person for all employees of Group;
* Managing the coordination with external audit firm in charge of payroll (externalized);
* Support with recruitments;
* Regulatory monitoring;
* Contact person for labor law clarifications, if necessary in cooperation with a legal advisor;
* Checking the monthly HR reports from subsidiaries of Group;
* HR Reporting monthly in Vision - Besafe reporting monthly;
* Leaves and absence – Palha reporting;
* Training and competency matrices (employee development and training needs);
* Support in annual appraisals;
* Organize on-boarding, entries and exits;
* Social insurance administration;
* Managing Castor shares.
Professional experience :
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (minimum 5 years).
Special Knowledge and skills, personal requirements :
* Experienced MS-Office and ERP knowledge;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Very good knowledge of English and French is an advantage;
* Reliable and flexible personality with quick comprehension skills;
* Open personality, able to work under pressure and adapt to different environment, confident in negotiations and self-confident.
The position will be based in Pombia or Cureggio
Package : gross annual 45k€ to 50 k€
