* Negotiate favorable terms of sale with customers, aligning with company goals.

* Manage customer rates, issuing material samples and test requests as needed.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.

* Monitor contract adherence and sales volume targets with assigned customers.

* Anticipate and mitigate customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions, and changes in customer structure.

* Serve as an interface between customers and various departments, including management, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance.

* Assist the technical and sales teams in resolving tests, complaints, or disputes.

* Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer situations, and sample progress during exchanges with management and sales meetings.

Your Profile:

* Have detailed knowledge of company's technical possibilities and products' advantages.

* Show good knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing, especially injection moulding, with a proven track record of successful account management.

* Possess analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

* Show strong decision-making skills, able to identify and mitigate potential problems with customers.

* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, allowing effective communication internally and externally at different levels and with different departments.

* Show excellent time management and priority setting skills, with a self-propelled attitude.

* Be able to effectively use MS Office and ERP system.
