 
        
        The Operations Supervisor Junior is a support role to the Structure Management with cross-functional operational and organizational responsibilities. Collaborates in the daily management of all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and recreational activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational consistency. Contributes to process monitoring, shift and activity planning, control of HACCP procedures, and operational KPIs. Oversees internal communication flows, provides support to staff during peak periods, and supervises information exchange with the head office. The position is designed as a managerial growth path, with the objective of developing leadership skills and taking on full responsibility for the overall management of the facility.
