Job Description
We are currently seeking a Global Digital Business Analyst Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
* Monitor and report ecommerce performance regularly across channels in terms of sales, orders and other related metrics
* Assist in gathering and analysing e-commerce data using tools like GA4 and Tableau to provide insights into customer behaviour, product performance, and sales trends
* Support the preparation of presentation to keep the Top Management update on all relevant projects
* Prepare post-events analysis to spot missing opportunities
* Support sales and orders forecast process for key markets and regions
* Build dashboards to support ecommerce team and stakeholders allowing them in taking more data-driven and informed decisions
Who you are:
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Management and/or any equivalent studies, eligible for a 6-month curricular internship
* Analytical skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis tools
* Fluent in English
* Previous internship experience in a business analyst role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus
* Passion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerce
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
