Key Activities of the Role
Develop effective corporate communication strategies to convey the organizational messaging and align with business goals.
Manage internal communications (social media, email, intranet).
Draft content for media and company website ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging, in collaboration with external PR agencies.
Organize initiatives and internal events.
Facilitate interactions between the organization and external stakeholders, responding to interview requests and developing statements.
Provide damage control and crisis communications support, proactively supporting the crisis communication plan and media monitoring.
Understand use of different communication tools and channels for effective communication.
Qualifications Candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, a bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism, a fluent level of English, strong writing skills, and be proactive, creative, goal-oriented, and motivated.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Video editing skills.
Corporate communications experience.
Spanish language proficiency.
