HR Business PartnerCOME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTUREWe are looking for HR Business Partner in Lombardia If you’re looking for change, and you’re ready to make changes … we’re looking for you.In this HR Business Partner role you will:Reporting directly to Senior HRBP, will have the following responsibility:· Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business; · Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic; · Manage day-to-day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs; · Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment; · Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team; · Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting; · Organizeand manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees; · Deliveryof the HR plans, Policies and Procedures; · Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutionsWhat we need from you:· At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries; · Bachelorsdegree in Legal or Economic· Strong experience within Industrial Relations· Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy· Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization· Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people· Languages: English (fluent)
