DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports & Leisure is the platform responsible for managing Arrow Global's Hospitality, Sports & Leisure assets in Portugal.
It currently oversees several hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira and Madeira, as well as the largest golf portfolio in Portugal, including the golf courses in Vilamoura, PGA Aroeira Lisboa, Palmares and Vale Pisão.
The Greenkeeper Assistant will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and controlling golf course maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in accordance with required playing conditions and established standards.
Plan, organize, and allocate daily work tasks and prepare staff schedules.

Provide technical and operational training and guidance to the maintenance team.

Proven experience in golf course or sports field maintenance.
