Your Role We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance/Operations Consultant to be involved in national and international projects. Our BC Team aims to be a partner of excellence in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions, with technological expertise across the Microsoft platform. We have three dedicated areas: Project & Consulting, Support & AMS, and Laboratory, enabling us to provide efficient and professional solutions based on proven methodologies and problem-solving approaches. Selected individuals may be based in our offices in Torino, Milano, Bologna, Roma, Pisa, Avellino, or Francavilla Fontana. The main responsibilities include: Configuring Dynamics BC to meet client needs; Performing system tests on configured processes, modified procedures, and data based on defined test cases; Assisting users during the initial phase of using the new NAV/BC system. Your Responsibilities You will focus on new projects, migrations, and rollouts. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of consultants, responsible for the quality of your work and alignment with client priorities and objectives. You may also mentor junior team members by sharing experiences and knowledge. Main tasks include: Gathering requirements through assessments and interviews with relevant business contacts; Designing optimal solutions, preferring standard options and customizing when necessary; Writing functional and technical process analyses with clear objectives and timelines; Configuring the system and supporting the client during go-live; Supporting and training users, defining training objectives, timelines, and methods. We value candidates who have good knowledge of: Experience with NAV and BC projects is preferred.
