Seeking bright students or recent graduates to join the HR Department for a six‐month internship at HQ in Castelfranco Veneto.

HR RECRUITER
* Support the development of programs and initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
* Manage job postings in recruitment channels and related operational activities: screen candidates, conduct first phone interviews, maintain recruitment phase records, and organize headquarters interviews.
* Manage new employee induction and onboarding process.
* Maintain contact with external suppliers (agency, universities).
* Support in Employer Branding Activities.
* Support HRBP in organizational activities.
HR TRAINING SPECIALIST
* Support training and development initiatives by assisting in training arrangements and supplier/partner negotiations.
* Schedule participants into training sessions; track participants and training records; manage training register.
* Monitor LinkedIn Learning Platform (add new colleagues, promote courses).
* Identify opportunities for financing the development and training initiatives (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, FSE) and support the funding projects.
* Support deployment of Performance Management system according to Group HR guidelines.
* Maintain the HR sections of Company sites (Internet and Intranet) and HR digital tools; monitor internal communication process according to Group HR.
QUALIFICATIONS
* University degree in Psychology, Humanities, Economics and Management.
* Master's or other relevant HR qualification appreciated.
KNOWLEDGE
* Knowledge of HR IT tools appreciated.
* Knowledge of organizational methodologies, tools and schemes appreciated.
* Knowledge of Excel required.
LANGUAGES
* Fluent in English and Italian. xivgfpx
