You are truly the trusted advisor towards the customer and the internal teams. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pA Program Operation Specialist is the primary day‑to‑day contact for key accounts requiring a structured approach, which manages processes and projects to provide clients with the right service on time within agreed contractual terms conditions and within organizational resource limitations. /p pThese individuals work with members of senior staff in the client organization as well as other functional groups in UPS Supply Chain Solutions to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction whilst fulfilling internal strategic and business goals. /p pProgram Operation Specialists are expected to act as the customer advocate and trusted business advisor.
