PpJob ID: | ASSPL - Maharashtra - C32 /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTaking care of overall Facility Admin activities. /li liDaily, Weekly, Monthly technical check per PPM schedule. /li liAttending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works. /li liCo‑ordinate with vendor for systems under warranty/AMC. /li liEnergy consumption reading. /li liDG maintenance. /li liMaintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical. /li liAbility to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and material. /li liAbility to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6. /li liDedicated to supporting production by working in a safe, customer focused manner. /li liMinor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings and equipment, fixed furniture and OPS equipment like Trolley, Cages, Carts. /li liFire Alarm Fire extinguishers regular checks. /li liMaintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters. /li liAttending regular Electrical works. /li liHeight work, hot work permit to issue. /li liMinor Civil Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls. /li liProvide daily reports on TT closures open cases RCA. /li liTools inventory update. /li liPPM schedule maintenance. /li liTaking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap Garbage disposal.
