We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) for the Southern Europe region. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. Location: Remote
Responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment collection and settlement targets.
2. Supporting the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
3. Conducting research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and latest industry technologies.
4. Traveling as needed to support client meetings and company events.
Qualifications:
* PhD or equivalent experience.
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
* Native or business-level Italian speaking ability.
