PpJil Sander is an international luxury brand led by design, quality and functionality. Progressive and experimental, it delivers an enduring wardrobe for women and men fusing elements from different genres, in a play of contrast that produces a variety of garments and accessories that are evenly sumptuous, practical, and iconic. Technology and the hand‑made, natural and high‑performance materials, feminine and masculine, daywear and glamour, complement each other, balancing invention and purity of forms. The constant collaboration with artists, photographers, filmmakers, musicians, and artisans constantly adds resonance and depth to the vision. The brand was established in 1968 by Mrs. Jil Sander, it is directed by Simone Bellotti, and it was acquired by the OTB Fashion Group in 2021. /p pJil Sander is looking for a bCredit Analyst /b to join the Finance team at the Headquarters in Milan. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor daily customer open positions, overdue balances, and the overall credit portfolio performance. /li liCarry out collection activities (phone calls, emails, certified emails) and independently manage client contacts for the recovery of overdue receivables, coordinating with the Sales Department. /li liManage the daily recording and reconciliation of incoming payments. /li liEnter, update, and monitor customer credit limits based on internal policies and credit insurance guidelines (where applicable), as well as the latest regulations and sanctions (e.g., EU regulations on restrictions related to Russia). /li liBlock/unblock orders and deliveries according to company procedures and the customer’s risk profile, in coordination with Sales Management and Customer Service. /li liPrepare and negotiate Letters of Credit / CAD (Cash Against Documents). /li liMaintain an updated archive of communications and activities related to clients. /li liPrepare periodic reports on DSO, aging lists, exposure, collections performance, and other KPIs. /li liSupport short‑term financial planning by analyzing variances compared to the budget and interim forecasts. /li liLiaise with the Sales and Customer Service teams to accelerate the resolution of customer disputes and define repayment plans. /li liCollaborate with legal firms or external partners on credit recovery procedures. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics or Legal Studies. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in credit management. /li liStrong ability to handle data with accuracy and confidentiality. /li liGood leadership and teamwork skills. /li liStrong problem‑solving and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to manage workload peaks (seasonality) and prioritize tasks effectively. /li liKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Excel, and Power BI. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul pIf you would like to join an international environment in the luxury industry and actively contribute to company performance, we look forward to receiving your application. /p pPrivacy policy available here: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
