The Assistente Governante will support the housekeeping department by overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include supervising laundry operations, training and guiding staff, maintaining outstanding customer service, and assisting in the seamless functioning of the housekeeping team to enhance the guest experience.QualificationsProficiency in Laundry operations and attention to detail in maintaining cleanlinessStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with both guests and team membersExcellent xpavfwm Organization Skills for task coordination and efficient time managementExperience in Training and providing guidance to maintain team standardsAdaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solvingRelevant experience in housekeeping roles, preferably in a luxury hospitality settingAvailability to work on-site in Castelnuovo BerardengaBasic understanding of Italian and/or English languages is advantageous
