Key Responsibilities: - Spa Reception: Manage reservations, welcome guests, advise on treatments, and assist with sales at our Shop. - Cabin Operations: Perform massages and beauty/wellness treatments according to the resort's high-quality standards and ensure brand excellence. - Guest Experience: Ensure a relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service in all areas of the spa. Work Experience Requirements: - Qualifications: Professional Diploma or Certificate in Esthetics/Massage Therapy (mandatory qualification to operate in the cabin). - Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. - Experience: Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar role (reception or cabin). A propensity for retail sales will be considered an asset. - Attitude: Excellent communication skills, cheerfulness, flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage stress.
