What you’ll achieve
As the Project Manager, you will be part of our successful project management team managing, monitoring, and implementing IT projects for our healthcare clients. You will also lead complex projects and our high-value clients.

You will:
* Take care of the relationship with the customer in collaboration with the company's sales management.
* Control the execution of activities, ensuring they align with expectations in terms of time, costs, and revenues.
* Manage risks associated with project implementation to anticipate problems and mitigate their impact.
* Coordinate activities of the company structures involved in project implementation.
* Stimulate upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers in collaboration with sales management.
* Manage the progress of internal works with the customer.
* Oversee the economic and financial aspects of the project (costs, revenues, profitability, invoicing).

Essential Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of the hospital and healthcare market
* Knowledge of healthcare clinical processes (e.g., EHR, Surgery, First Aid, Oncological Solutions, Therapy, Laboratory (LIMS), etc.)
* Experience leading and managing complex IT projects within the healthcare sector
* In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
* Ability to analyze, review, and implement strategies for successful project delivery
* Proven leadership and coordination skills for project teams
* Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholders
* Knowledge of main operating processes of public health authorities
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
* Prince2 / PMP qualification
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration
* Knowledge of the operating mechanisms of Consi p conventions
