YOUR JOB As allround employee, you are really an all-rounder: you work flexibly in different shifts like reception, breakfast, restaurant, bar and general service, and filling in for those services is not a problem for you.
The reception desk/ bar area will be your primary field of responsibility – this means:
You will be responsible for the Check-In and Check-Out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby as a guest relation officer
To ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at a&o, you will cater to their needs and answer their questions
At the bar your job is to serve hot and cold drinks and snacks, as well as to prepare cocktails
During restaurant-shifts, you are responsible for:
The timely preparation of breakfast-, lunch- or dinner-buffet
Ensuring that our guest are satisfied and that hygiene-standards are always kept
YOUR PROFILE
The interaction in our guests is fun for you
You are a reliable person, capable to work in team
You are motivated, dynamic and flexible
You don’t mind to work on shifts even from 6am in the morning, weekends or during holidays
If you have previous experience in the tourism field or guest relation involved work experience is a plus
Your knowledge of Italian and English will enable you to have a conversation with our guests
