Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
Take significant individual responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law with designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program. This includes handling competition law issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management. Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by:
* Providing advice to Accenture businesses and Legal Professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
* Designing tools, policies, and other materials to enhance Accenture's global compliance efforts;
* Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate substantive antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings globally, and assist in responding to government inquiries.

Qualifications:
Legal qualifications:
* Law degree
* 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer
* Legal credentials for the specified country or ownership of obtaining them prior to start
Professional skills:
* Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and best practices; familiarity with codes of conduct, ethics training, and compliance programs
* Motivated, proactive, with curiosity about ethics and compliance risks
* Ability to implement strategies and drive change
* Collaborative, strategic, and adaptable problem-solver
* Excellent communication skills in English at all organizational levels
* Good judgment and task prioritization
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
