Better Future" puts innovation at the center of our strategy in everything we do, with a great sense of responsibility to guarantee a better future for our people, our consumers and our planet.Our team is expanding and we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Prize Promotions!Main Purpose of the roleWithin the Group Regulatory Affairs Department, the new resource will work closely with Marketing and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance of Prize promotions with relevant legal requirements at national and international level.In addition, the resource will provide support to regulatory activities aimed at ensuring safety and conformity of toys and consumer products and related contracts.Main Activities and Responsibilities
Assess compliance of Prize promotions at worldwide level, evaluating relevant regulatory requirements and project feasibility in terms of mechanics, prizes, eligibility, etc. and ensuring compliance of related communication (product labels, websites, social media, advertisement, etc.)Support compliance evaluation of prizes and promotional articles like toys and other consumer products, including safety assessments, certifications of conformity, labelling and supply agreementsProvide advice for international projects, coordinating activities with colleagues worldwideMonitor and analyze relevant legislation (e.g. consumer law, toy regulations)Contact local agencies, suppliers, laboratories and consultantsSupport to manage consumer complaints related to prize promotions, toys and consumer products

Legal studies preferred, but open to other education backgroundEnglish oral and written proficiency level, other languages highly appreciatedInterest in new technologies, trends and social mediaAt least 3/4 years' experience in regulatory management of prize promotions, marketing initiatives, communication materials, consumer protection or compliance of consumer productsAnalytical thinker and problem-solverProactive and detail-orientedGood communication skills, able to clearly express complex ideas and negotiate effectivelyTime management and organization skills, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlinesFlexible to work in a dynamic environment
