Your role
As a Quality Release Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing production documentation and managing deviations according to required timelines.
* Conducting batch record reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Managing deviations and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
* Providing training and support to all internal functions to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Cooperating with all internal functions to maintain a collaborative and efficient work environment.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* A scientific degree with at least one year of previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge and application of GMP principles to support all functions.
* Experience in drafting procedures, investigation reports, and operational documentation related to department activities.

Your new team
The team consists of 6 people who deal with batch record review and management of all activities related to batch release (deviation management, CAPA, etc.). The team is responsible for supporting all GMP activities of the various departments.
