PpEmployerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for a People and Culture Specialist. /p h3Job Description /h3 pOur People Culture Specialist is a key member of the People Culture team, supporting the development and implementation of human resources strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and uphold the hotel's high standards of excellence. Working closely with the HR Director of the Group, the General Manager of the Hotel and other department heads, the PC Specialist ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employee engagement, professional development, and operational efficiency. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. /li liManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members. /li liMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date. /li liAssist in administering employee benefits, payroll documentation, and attendance tracking. /li liProvide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance. /li liSupport training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation. /li liHelp organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications. /li liParticipate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. /li liPrepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, KPIs, and audit requirements. /li liFoster a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the hotel environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. /li liProven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry. /li liSolid understanding of Italian labor law and HR best practices. /li liExcellent organizational and time-management skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liDiscretion and ability to handle sensitive information. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus. /li liProficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage. /li liFlexibility, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. /li liLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ul pThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016.
