Primary Purpose of Role
We're looking for a Production Planning Specialist in Reggio Emilia.
Reporting to the Material Planning Manager, the new resource will be part of the planning team in Reggio Emilia site.

Key Responsibilities
Handles troubleshooting and releases production schedules to the shop floor to manage and facilitate the daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management for assigned production area.
• Shop floor work order management
• Deviation tracking where applicable
• Line stoppage risk and shortage escalations
Competencies and Behaviors
Education:
University master degree - Industrial Engineer/Economics (Preferred)
Professional background
Preferably acquired 1+ years of experience in complex manufacturing
Hard skills
Essential:
• Knowledge to perform Capacity Requirements Planning, including the setup and maintenance of work centers and on-going analysis of outputs
• Knowledge to manage daily production plans in order to Contribute to increase customer On Time Delivery
• Microsoft Office package
Considered as a plus:
• Power BI Tool/reports
• Good level of written and spoken English

• Skills include attention to detail, commitment to excellence, strong ERP depth of knowledge
