We are looking for a Mechanical Designer willing to join our Downstream Technical department to take care of the design and sizing of the plant machinery with the required quality within schedule and budgets constraints.
Candidate will take responsibility of the following activities:
1. Design in 2D and 3D format the assembly drawings of the machinery that makes up the plant;
2. Defining and compiling the Bill Of Material;
3. Prepare layouts showing to Client how the equipment will be installed in their plant;
4. Develop mechanical aspects of a project taking into consideration, at the due time, aspects such as Functionality, Safety, Structural, Control and Transport;
5. Participate, when necessary, to inspections and meetings at suppliers/ sites/ production/ customer/ manufacturing premises;
6. Keep in touch with the work team.
Required profile:
7. Mechanical High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
8. A few years of experience in similar roles in the industrial Plan Engineering or Machinery sector is a plus;
9. Excellence knowledge of 2D and 3D mechanical design and of PLM software (AutoCAD & Inventor)
10. Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value;
11. Good relational skills, team working and proactivity.
