Your role We are looking for a Production Supervisor Junior - Area Automation who will have the opportunity to experience managing a highly complex and automated manufacturing department, ensuring volume and quality standards. Main responsibilities: Management of efficiency, quality, and OEE KPIs. Guarantee production output to respect industrial plans. Production programming, deviation detection, and management actions to ensure targets. Responsibility for the quality of parts produced in the shop. Knowledge and application of delegation mechanisms. Training and development of team members. Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods. Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references for environmental emergencies. Knowledge of safety procedures for interventions regarding work safety or significant risks. Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering to develop continuous improvement projects. Main requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering. At least 2-3 years of experience. Previous responsibility experience is appreciated. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma). Strong managerial skills. Problem-solving attitude. Good relationship skills.
