Our goal is to deliver safer surgery worldwide. Our Touch SurgeryTM Video solution is an innovative platform for hospitals that includes the DS1 Computer, our first OR device, allowing surgeons, OR team members, and trainees to securely access videos of their procedures shortly after surgery. /p pThe device uses AI to automatically process and upload videos. Our surgical training platform is the award-winning Touch SurgeryTM application, providing safe and accessible training for surgeons and healthcare professionals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage multiple full-cycle implementations of the Touch Surgery Ecosystem at major hospital systems, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. /li liEngage with clinical and administrative stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration during deployments with Surgeons, Nurses, OR Managers, Residents, Hospital IT, and Biomedical Engineering. /li liDevelop a deep understanding of the Touch Surgery Ecosystem and collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate client feedback into future developments. /li liLead kickoff and training presentations for clinical audiences and provide Go-Live support in the operating room. /li liTest and install hardware solutions in live ORs, including network configuration. /li liPartner with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including IT privacy and cybersecurity reviews, leveraging Medtronic's expert teams as needed. /li liMonitor account health post-Go-Live, developing and executing plans to increase adoption and mitigate risks. /li /ul h3Required Knowledge and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree required. /li liMinimum 4 years of experience working in hospital Operating Rooms, from a clinical technology consultancy or medical device perspective. /li liStrong project management skills, experience with project management tools, and driving digital technology adoption. /li liAbility to work remotely across multiple time zones in the US and Europe. /li liEffective communication and influence skills across internal teams and customer departments. /li liWillingness to travel 25-75% as needed. /li liExperience with Healthcare IT, including network configuration and live streaming technologies, is preferred, along with technical proficiency to understand and test our products. /li /ul h3Physical Job Requirements /h3 pThe statements above describe the general nature of the work but are not exhaustive of all responsibilities and skills required. /p h3Benefits Compensation /h3 pMedtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package.
