To strengthen our Innovation team, we are looking for a Junior IT & Digital Support Specialist. The selected candidate will support the IT team in first-level helpdesk activities and will be involved in a structured training path aimed at developing skills in both IT system administration and digital advertising and development.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the team with first- and second-level helpdesk support (hardware/software), both onsite and remotely.
Collaborate in the management and monitoring of support tickets.
Support the installation and configuration of workstations and devices.
Contribute to the programming of digital advertising campaigns and the management of content flows.
Participate in development and automation projects (e.g. small scripts, internal tools, dashboards).
Support the remote management of digital signage devices (e.g. monitors, players, connections).
Work with various departments to collect data and information needed for financial analysis.
Take part in reviewing and improving internal processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn across both technical and digital areas.
Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network diagnostic tools.
Interest in web development and digital content management.
Knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
Problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
