General Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.

The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by defined resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her/his commercial team.

Essential Functions:

* Builds brand awareness for BeOne Medicines and its products in the oncology market.
* Establishes strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), study groups, and key accounts.
* Prepares the market for product approval.
* Implements marketing strategies for upcoming launches.
* Builds and structures a competent commercial field team in Italy.
* Achieves regional commercial goals and performance metrics.
* Plans and monitors regional and cluster budgets.
* Sets sales goals and conducts market analysis.
* Identifies developmental needs of team members and provides training and coaching.
* Provides scientific advice and support to KOLs in hospitals.
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, leading the field cross-functional Cluster Team.
* Monitors market changes and competitor activities.
* Supervises key account plans and collaborates with Market Access for account access.
* Works closely with Marketing to improve field force effectiveness.
* Aligns with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams on strategy.
* Participates in scientific meetings and workshops.
* Provides leadership fostering high performance, engagement, and accountability.
* Attracts, develops, and retains talent; promotes effective communication and teamwork.
* Represents BeOne Medicines with customers and stakeholders in oncology.
* Centers patient care in business decisions.
* Ensures team compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Scientific education and experience in similar roles; life science degree preferred.
* Over 5 years of experience leading commercial teams, with leadership in oncology.
* Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
* Specific oncology market knowledge, especially in lung and gastric cancers.
* Strong contacts with oncologists and opinion leaders.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
* Fluent in English; good computer skills.
* Valid driver’s license.

Education Required: University degree in science or business; minimum 10 years industry experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads local/regional sales team, responsible for hiring, supervising, and development.

Computer Skills: MS Office proficiency.

Other Qualifications: Proficient in verbal and written English.

Travel: Approximately 60% of the time.
