Italian is a strong plus.YOUR MISSIONYou’ll be the strategic and operational point of reference for international clients, leading multi-platform campaigns, photo & video productions, and social-first activations from ideation to delivery.WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients across different industries- Translate creative vision into clear plans and flawless executions- Coordinate internal teams (creative, strategy, production)- Oversee timelines, budgets, assets and deliveries with precision- Manage clients, partners and key stakeholders- Produce strategic decks, proposals and winning pitches- Scout, select and manage talents and creators- Supervise content production and social distribution- Manage/organise on-set productions, including national and international travel- Handle reporting and performance analysisWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- 4+ years of experience in creative agencies or content-driven environments- Proven experience managing client relationships- Strong understanding of creative and content production workflows- Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams- Strong presentation skills, a strong sense of initiative, and ability to perform under pressure- Strong passion for TikTok, Instagram and social-native platforms- Ability to work independently, with structure and ownershipLANGUAGES:- Native or excellent command of Spanish- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Italian is a plusLOCATION:- Full remote, with Milan or Madrid preferred as a base- Availability to travel for productions and activations is requiredStarting date: ASAPAt Cooltura, you’ll have space to grow fast, work on international-scale projects, and actively contribute to shaping the agency’s creative identity.
