Ph3Employee Relations Manager (12-month FTC), Europe Employee Relations EXR /h3pThe base location is flexible in Italy. /ppThe Employee Relations Manager (ERM) is an important role within the EU EXR (Employee Experience and Relations) Field organization, supporting the Country EXR team. This position assists in driving ER activities and initiatives across on the road (OTR) operational business lines within a specific country geography. The primary focus is to support EXR operational excellence, goals, and strategy while addressing the ER needs of the country. /ppThe ER Manager works closely with Ops, DSPM and other key in-country stakeholders to support the execution of the country-specific ER strategy. This role involves assisting in the implementation of strategies to address country labour relations challenges for business lines.
