About the role
* Conduct regular auditing field activities;
* Manage client relationships and implement a customer-focused approach;
* Perform work efficiently and competently according to instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
* Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme at all times;
* Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent, qualifying as Lead Auditor;
* Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timeframes;
* Meet professional standards and demonstrate core competence;
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients;
* Contribute to a positive work environment and team collaboration;
* Communicate effectively with management, team members, and stakeholders;
* Use auditing tools properly to ensure accurate data management and certification issuance.
The role includes typical back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:
* Contact customers promptly to confirm planned activities.
About you
Position Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
* Ability to build strong customer relationships;
* Experience in managing an Auditor Team;
* Proven auditing skills with flexibility, mobility, and ability to work under pressure;
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
* Proficiency with basic software and IT tools;
* Highest integrity and professionalism.
