- Deliver friendly and helpful service every day ensuring all guests return home happy
- See-off departing guests and welcome new arrivals at the airport
- Sell ski passes, equipment, tuition and après ski activities
- Solve problems on-the-spot and update guests regularly during flight delays
- Work closely with our local suppliers
- Use our iPads to update content to provide excellent digital service to guests

- A friendly, helpful team player who can build professional relationships quickly
- Comfortable to drive sales and enjoys providing great service
- Resilient, willing to learn and remains calm under pressure
- Confident to use technology
- Proud to look and feel great in your Crystal Ski uniform
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Additional languages and the ability to drive in winter conditions advantageous
