KPMG Advisory offers consulting services for digital transformation, process optimization, and risk management. By joining the Enterprise Platform team, you'll engage in complex and innovative digital transformation projects through the implementation of next-generation SAP S/4HANA solutions. You'll collaborate with international clients to support them in integrating advanced technologies, optimizing processes, and building more agile and sustainable operating models.
Specifically, you'll be involved in projects introducing SAP SuccessFactors, the SAP suite that enables integrated and centralized management of all human resources processes, providing a unified and harmonized view of company performance. With SuccessFactors, companies can integrate and standardize key processes without immediately replacing existing systems, thereby accelerating transformation and reducing complexity.
In particular, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating on the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in complex and multinational environments.
Analyzing existing HR processes and gathering functional requirements through direct interaction with clients.
Designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions that enable the integration of legacy HR systems into a centralized platform.
Managing customization activities of the SuccessFactors modules, ensuring the correct configuration of HR data flows.
Coordinating and conducting testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and supporting clients during go-live and post-release activities.
Preparing technical and functional documentation to support project activities.
Working in teams with experienced and multicultural professionals, maintaining constant alignment with client needs.
Come As You Are – Your Skills and Characteristics
This opportunity is ideal for you if:
You have at least 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects, particularly with the Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, and Reporting modules.
You have participated in the implementation and rollout of HR platforms, preferably with international clients.
You possess in-depth knowledge of HR integration flows, data replication logic, and SAP tools related to SuccessFactors.
You communicate effectively in English (minimum required level B2/C1), both written and spoken.
You are available for international travel, including medium to long-term assignments.
You have analytical skills, are results-oriented, and have a teamwork attitude.
