We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to plan and execute Revvity’s marketing efforts in Southern Europe for Life Sciences and Diagnostics.
This position is fully remote but requires weekly travels to our offices in Milan.
Role and Responsibilities:
This role is a combination of Operational Marketing and Strategic Marketing.
Operational Marketing:
1. Event Marketing: Execute and coordinate field marketing events. Liaise with external vendors to organize event logistics. Track event costs against budgets
2. Create CRM campaigns for field events and report event lead metrics
3. Responsible for coordinating country marketing events with Solutions Portfolio managers and the Events team
4. Content Marketing: Create valuable and compelling content with key opinion leaders, customers, and partners. Promote the content in all digital channels and measure, optimize and report on performance
5. Social Media marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns, create social media content, advertisements and respective content landing pages including tracking the progress, engagement, and results
6. Email marketing: work with marketing operations to execute email marketing campaigns, track, analyze and report results. Increase and nurture our contact database in marketing and customer resource management systems
Strategic Marketing:
7. Leads the marketing strategy, content and activities in the Southern European region for both Life Sciences and Diagnostics.
8. Maximize the activation of brand and name across multiples channels and events to raise awareness and customer engagement through BTB and BTC
9. Customer insights: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
10. Account Based Marketing: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our key accounts.
11. Formulate regional market sizing, segmentation and targeting strategies, rolling up to inform the global approach
12. Proactively engages with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
13. Oversee regional launch planning working with the regional operations team to lead generation and funnel creation
14. Responsible for building the AOP plan for the Southern Europe region
15. Ability to travel across Southern Europe
Skills and Competences
16. Master ‘s degree in Marketing. Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences is a plus
17. Preferably minimum 6 years of similar experience in a marketing or sales role in B2B or B2C.
18. Global and/or Regional Marketing Experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostic Field
19. Fluent in English. Speaking Italian, Spanish or French is a plus
20. Team player driving collaboration with COE (center of excellence) members and alignment with internal stakeholders.
21. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
22. Well organized and detail oriented
23. Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse team
24. Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work well within a team and independently
25. Ability to travel across Southern Europe
