Responsibilities Collaborate with our Business Controlling Team to analyze and control operational results Lead and support projects focused on process improvement and automation Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and support accounting activities Provide insights and solutions to management using advanced analytics tools Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers (also in English) to ensure excellence in KPIs Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and digital transformation Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, IT, or Applied Mathematics Previous experience in accounting and financial reporting (Big 4 experience is a plus!) Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills Project management and presentation skills Team player with a proactive, innovative attitude Attention to detail and good communication skills Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably BPCS/AS400 and SAP S/4HANA) Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI are a plus Fluent English (written and spoken) We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
