The IT Own Retail Support position is the SPOC for all IT related activities for existing and planned Truck Own Retail premises with goal to ensure smooth IT operations and support to highly satisfied business users of Own Retail. You will be closely working with local/HQ IT Applications and IT Infrastructure team members to support local /central digital transformation projects and support the resolution any incidents, requests or support new business requirements including changes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
IT OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Daily Support for ITIL based processes related to incident, request, change and problem management, delivered in quality, budget and within agreed SLAs. This includes incident management, 3rd parties and business users communication. Status reporting
CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Development and maintenance of IT applications in cooperation with business, IT functions (central, regional and local) and external suppliers. Support local and central digital transformation projects with proper PMO activities. Assist the business and service provider(s) in the preparation of User Guides and related user documentation. Ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the implemented changes. Minimizing disruptions caused by planned changes.
Building and managing relationships with business users and IT services providers with focus to continuously improve provided IT services for business users.
DOCUMENTATION
Maintain accurate & current documentation of the solutions landscape, ensuring the quality and correctness of the evidence. Act as technical owner of the in scope IT services.
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Professional Skills:
- Good knowledge of IT technologies ( Cloud, API, IAM, Virtual platforms, DBs, middleware, backups, networking, ...)
Education and Certificates:
- First Degree in IT related subject/Business Management (Advantageous but not essential)
