Ph3Euronext Clearing - Client Support Analyst /h3 pJoin to apply for the bEuronext Clearing - Client Support Analyst /b role at bEuronext /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the central point of contact of an allocated group of clients on operational matters and ensure an efficient incident management process and escalation of issues in an accurate and timely manner. /li liProvide client support and follow up all questions or issues until resolution, regularly informing the client of progress, notably when in-depth analysis is needed. /li liEnsure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives. /li liDrives continuous improvement of processes and practices, assess and select improvement opportunities that provide long-term value and minimize operational risks. /li liContribute to operation enhancement projects, review specifications and create terms of reference for upcoming products and initiatives, support clients for development and testing, and execute conformance tests with the clients. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong financial background and a good knowledge and understanding of the various activities of Euronext's direct and indirect client base. /li liPrior relevant Client Services experience. /li liHigh standards of service delivery to clients and ability to create strong relationships. /li liStrong analytical and organization skills and problem‑solving attitude. /li liExperienced with project management and ability to monitor projects. /li liStrong verbal communication skills both internally and externally. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pEntry level /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Job Function /h3 pCustomer Service /p pRome, Latium, Italy /p pWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
