Responsibility:
* Establish RFP and objective with marketing team members, lead the procurement strategy of marketing campaigns, including media, creative, event, digital, PR and other marketing investments.
* Exploring and introducing high quality marketing resources including media, creative assets, events, digital, KOL, PR, brand partnership, etc. Establishing sound relationship and support marketing activities.
* Managing procurement projects, including vendors sourcing and selecting, bid and pitch leading, commercial negotiation, cost control, quality control, and performance evaluation
* Partner with legal and finance team for contract review and payment works, work with Risk Management team and different local business units, to ensure process compliance.
* Reaching cost control target and ensuring business demands are met with optimal cost.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing and advertising is preferred, media, events experience, digital, creativity, sponsorship resource acquisition are preferred.
* 2+ years of marketing procurement work experience.
* Strong logical analytical ability, communication and coordination skills and multi-task capabilities.
* Integrity, detail focus, principled, responsible
* Fluent in Italian, able to use as basic working language. Chinese language skill seen as an advantage. xdwybme
