Embraces and promotes Accion Services core values.Provides world-class and proactive service by being the customers' primary point of contact and advocate, scheduling regular check-ins, and actively looking for better ways to serveManages the schedule for inbounds and outbounds for customers and vendorsEnsures productivity requirements for each customerManages the billing for each customerLeads daily huddles with the team to plan for the day, promote open communication, and for employee relationsManages each customer's service level agreement (SLA) and tracks on-time shipping (OTS)Tracks errors and other KPIsOversee all aspects of inventory managementPrepares and presents reports as requestedManages the 5S program for the team's zoneEnsures all Associates are following safety protocols and proactively addresses realized or potential safety concernsEnsuring that all certification requirements are followed, tracked, and trainedIdentifies and resolves problems through root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analysis; escalates issues to the Warehouse Manager as appropriatePlans for next day's success and tracks the progress of work in progressWrite and updates work instructions as neededConsistently looks for opportunities to improve processes and qualityWorks alongside the Associates providing coverage when and where neededTravel to other Accion Services locations or customers' sites may occasionally be requiredAlways maintain a safe work environment and report all workplace injuries in compliance with company policy.Other duties and projects assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Interview, help with hiring decisions, and trains new AssociatesOversees the team's daily workflow; schedules the Associates and their tasksProvides constructive quarterly one-on-ones/performance evaluationsHandles Associates' discipline and termination per company policiesShares expertise with Warehouse Associates through training and coaching; trains new Associates on processes, procedures, and Accion Services culture
The Qualities:
