We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

Purpose of the Role:
Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, with particular attention to communication and employee engagement activities.
What you will do: Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote corporate culture and improve employee engagement;Support the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;Assist in designing courses and tracking the training provided;Provide support with administrative tasks, including those related to the onboarding and offboarding processes;Contribute to small HR projects focused on process improvement.What you will need: Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology or related fields;Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;A creative approach;Excellent knowledge of digital communication tools and social media;Good knowledge of the English language.We offer a paid internship with a duration of 6 months.
