Working closely with the HR Director of the Group, the General Manager of the Hotel and other department heads, the PC Specialist ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employee engagement, professional development, and operational efficiency. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. /liliManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members. /liliMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date. /liliAssist in administering employee benefits, payroll documentation, and attendance tracking. /liliProvide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance. /liliSupport training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation. /liliHelp organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications. /liliParticipate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. /liliPrepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, KPIs, and audit requirements. /liliFoster a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the hotel environment. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. /liliProven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry. /liliSolid understanding of Italian labor law and HR best practices. /liliExcellent organizational and time-management skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. /liliDiscretion and ability to handle sensitive information. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus. /liliProficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage. /liliFlexibility, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. /liliLegal right to work in Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppemThe selection will take place after reading the information notice according to Art. 13 EU Reg. 679/2016.
