Tax Specialist
What you’ll do:
Join the team of Corporate & International Tax reporting directly into the Head of Tax.
In your role, you’ll:
- Have the opportunity to be involved in all tax matters related to Italian entities in an international environment.
- Support the direct compliance process for Italian, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of all tax obligations;
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly tax reporting, including current and deferred tax calculations.
- Support tax audits, litigation and rulings, maintaining constructive relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Support business initiatives by providing tax implications of various decisions;
- Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD guidelines and local legislation;
- Support tax cash flow forecasting processes in close coordination with the Finance team;
- Monitor and interpret changes in domestic and international tax legislation, assessing their impact and proposing process improvements or risk-mitigation measures.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in the tax department of a Big Four or in international company with a strong focus on corporate tax matters.
- A degree in Business Administration with a preference for additional qualifications as Chartered Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Italian corporate tax and VAT regulations
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.
- Proactive, curious and collaborative.
Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
