Introduction: Omnam Design Studio, the in-house design studio of Omnam Group—a leading developer in the hospitality sector—is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team in Rome.
In this high-impact role, you’ll support the design of exclusive hospitality projects from concept to detailed design, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers. You’ll be responsible for production and detailing of the Interior Design packages, selecting materials and finishes, and delivering exceptional, functional spaces that bring our brand vision to life.

Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows is essential for this role, as our projects are fully integrated with advanced digital design processes.
Key Responsibilities and Roles Creative and Design Leadership Develop interior design documentation for luxury hospitality projects through the use of Revit, in collaboration with the Design Director. Present design proposals through sketches, mood boards, material boards, and high-impact visual presentations. Specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that align with project vision of the Creative Directors and brand standards. Project Collaboration & Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, engineers, and external consultants, to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in design meetings to maintain control and understanding of project progress. Oversee design development from concept through detailed design phases, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and Omnam’s high quality standards. Technical Oversight Lead the integration of Revit and BIM workflows into the design process to ensure accurate technical documentation and efficient project coordination. Review and coordinate interior design drawings and layouts directly in Revit, ensuring alignment with project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). Provide guidance on visualisations and assist in the creation of high-quality design visuals and walkthroughs using tools such as Enscape (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior design, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects. Experience working with prestigious hospitality operators (e.g., Marriott, Four Seasons, Hyatt) is a strong advantage but not essential. Strong design portfolio showcasing creative leadership and high-end interior design solutions. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and luxury FF&E sourcing. Fluency in Revit is mandatory; candidates without demonstrated Revit expertise will not be considered. Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows; experience working within a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Enscape or similar rendering tools is a plus. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Candidates must have existing authorization to work in Italy.
