Job DescriptionWe are looking for an OT Technical Lead in the Bologna area to deliver and validate end-to-end OT cybersecurity solutions through controlled pilot deployments in live factory environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring both security and operational effectiveness, supporting the scale‐up of a global cybersecurity initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate approved OT cybersecurity designs and recommendations into executable pilot technical packages.Assess implementation against approved architecture, standards and policies, identifying design gaps and factory‐specific constraints.Propose pragmatic technical and operational countermeasures and improvements to the reference technical package.Act as the remote technical lead during the pilot phase, coordinating local OT, IT and acting as a bridge between global and local operations teams.Ensure pilot implementation and testing activities are safe for production and aligned with plant constraints.Coordinate and technically steer external vendors (OEMs, integrators), ensuring alignment with pilot scope and targets.Drive the validation of the delivered configurations and outcomes, and coordinate functional, integration and security testing during pilots.Troubleshoot OT/IT/cyber issues across networks, firewalls, access paths and tools.Ensure compliance with OT security standards and internal policies, supporting the assessment of cyber risk reduction.Produce structured pilot documentation, including configuration reports, test scripts, user manuals, procedures and lessons learned.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related technical field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in OT Engineering, OT Cybersecurity, OT Consulting or OT/IT integration.Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of OT Network Segmentation & OT/IT Integration, Network Security & Remote Access, PAM & Active Directory, SCADA and Industrial Networks.Experience leading technical deployments, testing, troubleshooting and coordinating vendors or technical teams.Experience with risk assessment, compliance and technical documentation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; problem‐solving and analytical mindset; independence and accountability; attention to detail; agile and solution‐oriented approach.Language proficiency: English (professional written and spoken); Italian (professional written and spoken).Desired QualificationsExperience with OT cybersecurity projects in manufacturing environments.Knowledge of PAM, remote access solutions and OT security standards (e.g. ISA/IEC62443).Certifications such as GICSP, OT Cybersecurity, Scrum, Agile or Project Management.Strong testing and validation mindset.Experience working with SCADA, industrial networks and shop floor environments.Working ConditionsWorking hours: 40 per weekContract type: PermanentWorking setup: Hybrid, 1‐2 days from homeSalary & BenefitsSalary starting at 50000EUR gross per year, depending on seniority level.Salary determined by gender‐neutral, objective criteria such as experience and seniority level.Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) applied: Terziario Commercio.Meal vouchers of 8€ per worked day.Medical insurance.Referral bonus for recommending friends.Training via Stefanini LinkedIn Learning, IT and soft‐skills training.Professional development in a stable multinational environment.Exposure to an international environment as part of a multicultural team across Europe.Diversity & InclusionWe value plurality and equity, regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age, ancestry, religion, gender or nationality. xivgfpx We encourage being yourself and promote an inclusive workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
