Randstad Italia,Inhouse division, is looking for several figures for an important client company such as
Business Customer Operations Manager per Vimodrone.
Responsabilit
Proven and solid experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive sector, or previous experience in managing operational teams
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate teams towards the achievement of given results
Excellent coordination, organizational and planning skills
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and capability to understand customer needs
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Functie-eisen
Responsible for the assigned budget, ensuring the achievement of defined economic objectives
Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and deliver solutions increasingly focused on customer satisfaction
Carries out coaching activities for team members
Ensures the correct implementation and continuous improvement of Customer Care processes
Defines new customer caring activities in collaboration with the relevant departments to meet emerging needs
