Role Description 
As 
Human Resources Manager 
, you will support the General Manager and hotel leadership in all strategic, organizational, and operational people matters, ensuring the alignment of our HR practices with the hotel's goals of Quality, Performance, and Compliance. This role is both strategic and hands-on, covering talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and legal compliance in a luxury hospitality environment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Act as a business partner to the General Manager and advisor to the hotel leadership team on all HR-related matters 
Lead and support the strategic HR agenda with a focus on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top talent 
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, administration, payroll, employee housing, and compliance 
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, while maintaining a strong employer brand in the local and international market 
Drive employee engagement through communication, feedback channels, events, and proactive handling of grievances 
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits structures based on market analysis 
Prepare and manage the annual HR budget and manning guide; track personnel costs and reporting 
Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws, and manage disciplinary procedures when necessary 
Implement global talent management, performance management, and succession planning tools and processes 
Coordinate the rollout of corporate HR initiatives, including HR systems, tools, and training programs 
Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance 
What We’re Looking For 
Education & Experience: 
University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields (required) Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus 
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles within the luxury hospitality industry 
Minimum 2 years leading HR teams in similarly sized organizations 
Proven experience working within the Italian labor market and legal framework 
Languages: 
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) – 
required 
Fluency in English (spoken and written) – required 
Additional languages are a plus 
Key Competencies: 
Deep knowledge of local labor and immigration laws, policies, and HR best practices 
Experience in all core HR areas: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance 
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and initiatives 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and coach senior leaders 
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) What We Offer
