LiJob Title /liliClinical Professional Marketing Specialist - Sleep Respiratory Care (Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata e Molise) /liliClinical Professional Marketing Specialist /liliDrive professional recommendation of product categories within the assigned region, contribute to developing and executing marketing plans in alignment with the Clinical Professional Marketing Manager SRC and local Commercial Leader. /liliYou are responsible for: /liulliImproving the lives of people with sleep respiratory disorders by providing innovative solutions and products. /liliIncreasing brand preference and customer loyalty among professional stakeholders (indirect channel partners, DME’s, homecare providers). /liliContributing to profitable growth by driving prescriptions from clinical societies (medical community: physicians, nurses, technicians). /liliEngaging and educating professional clinical societies, customers, and patient organizations. /liliProviding clinical benefits of Philips products, technical advice, and product demos for clinical audiences (prescribers, patient organizations, HCP). /liliParticipating in local events, congresses, and collaborating with the Clinical Professional Marketing Manager for Categories. /liliInforming clinical strategy and providing insights. /liliSupporting the Clinical Professional Marketing Managers to understand segmentation key requirements from a clinical perspective through engagement with key markets, KOLs, and patient associations. /liliPlanning Clinical Roadmaps. /liliManaging clinical insights claims roadmap to support prioritization in development, marketing, and sales activities. /liliCollecting and coordinating clinical study requests from the local region to align with the clinical Professional Marketing Manager. /li /ulliYou're the right fit if you have: /liulliBachelor's or MSc Degree or similar diploma. /lili3-5 years experience as Application Specialist in Sleep / Respiratory or Healthcare industry. /liliDeep practical knowledge of clinical and health economics domains such as Pulmonology, Neurology, ENT, Sleep, or Cardiology. /liliUnderstanding of care pathways and ability to recognize and facilitate removing barriers for new clinical approaches. /liliProblem-solving capabilities and drive for continuous improvement via Lean methodologies. /liliOutstanding business acumen and quick learning ability. /liliFinancial knowledge to understand revenue margin management (recommended). /liliGood ICT skills and experience with digital solutions in Connected Care environments, supporting patient management platforms like “CareOrchestrator”. /liliAbility to bring people together and align them around common goals, leveraging Philips' organizational power. /liliChampioning growth of marketing and sales colleagues across the organization. /liliFluent in Italian and advanced in English. /li /ulliHow we work together /lipWe believe that we are better together than apart.
