**About you and this role**We are pleased to announce an open position for a **Senior Production Improvement Engineer** at the Dow Mozzanica production plant.The role provides essential technical support to Operations by applying engineering expertise to resolve plant issues, optimize performance, and ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality products.
**Responsibilities*** Work in Operations, applying technical and problem-solving skills to support daily activities.
* Collaborate with subject-matter experts to conduct advanced troubleshooting and implement optimized technical solutions.
* Maintain a strong field presence to promote safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
* Serve as a technical reference during unplanned events and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment.
**Qualifications*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science.
**Your Skills*** Minimum of 3 years' experience in a chemical plant environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.
