We are looking for a Regional Center Industrialization Manager
JOB SCOPE:
* Leading the D&IS Industrialization Function
* Industrialize products and projects from prototype, serial to maintenance phases
* Ensure data, tools and components are always available for production and repairs all along the life cycle
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Define and deploy Regional Center industrialization roadmap
* Deploy Signaling industrialization processes (for products and projects) and DFM rules
* Manage industrial Q, C, D of generic products managed on Regional Centers during all life cycle
* Develop industrial means for product & project manufacturing and test with EHS mind-set
* Ensure application of Signaling Métier standards (tools, processes, specification)
* Deploy Signaling industrial requirements internally and with subcontractors
* Contribute to Regional Center industrial activity productivity plan
* Take part to Signaling industrialization network
* Ensure APSYS deployment and maturity development
* Manage and develop team competencies
* Spread best environmental and EHS practices in the team
* Manage directly: Industrialization Métier team, Product Industrial Managers
